REFUND POLICY: For a refund please return merchandise within 15 days of the date of receipt of the items.   A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the net amount (Total Amount-Shipping and Handling charges) if merchandise is used and then returned.  No restocking fee is applied if the items are returned back unused.  The refund amount on unused merchandise is simply the Total Amount Charged-Shipping & Handling Charges.   A refund check will be mailed to you upon return of undamaged merchandise. No refund will be made if merchandise is damaged or received after the 15 day deadline shown on the receipt that you will receive. (The post mark date of mailing the merchandise back should be on or before the deadline date shown on the receipt).  

Shipping & Handling charges are levied as a percentage of the subtotal amount of the items to be ordered and vary upon zone destination.  These charges do not reflect the exact postage amount on the shipment.
